The weather has dropped and the leaves have started to fall, showing that Fall has arrived.
With Fall comes corn mazes, pumpkin spice lattes, spooks and scares, and many more fun fall activities.
Brynlee Rasmussen, ‘22, says that in the fall, she looks forward to “carving pumpkins, especially on Halloween.”
She adds that she enjoys “dressing up fall [style], like the fall colors, and sweater weather. That’s my favorite part honestly.”
With Halloween comes dressing up in cool and fun costumes.
Brynlee Rasmussen ‘22 says “[she] and [her] family always dress up, every year.”
She continues by saying that, in her family “there are eight of [them] so [they] always choose something big to do. So that’s always fun.”
In the fall, there are many fall activities to go to and enjoy.
A fall-related destination that is a common place to visit, is Vossler farms in Visalia California.
There you can find a pumpkin patch, a scary maze, a corn maze, and more.
Sadie Hemphill, ‘25, says her favorite fall activities include “going to the pumpkin patch, and carving pumpkins.” She also enjoys doing the corn maze.
Dylan Clifft, ‘24, says his favorite activity in the fall involves “hanging out with friends.”
He also enjoys “going to pumpkin patches and haunted houses.”
On October 31st, Halloween night, Redwood Rangers have their own unique traditions to celebrate the night.
Adam Hacker, ‘24, says for his traditions, he “usually hang[s] out with friends on Halloween, but then some years [he] also does stuff with [his] cousins.”
Reagan Richard, ‘23, says that her tradition for Halloween is “[her] neighborhood gets together and we go trick or treating together.”
She follows by saying “We have dinner before we go trick or treating, and it’s pretty fun.”
