Redwood High School student has the opportunity to show off their photography skills and gain some recognition.
Hannah Kempf, ‘23 is a returner to Yearbook. Kempf says that she has returned to Yearbook because she loves getting to cover things and hang out with people.
She also enjoys taking photos of sports and different types of events that happen at school.
Kempf says that she loves capturing the moments. She says “being able to see and look over [her] photos is always a great feeling” which is what inspires her.
She shared that she had a little old camera which first helped her start photographing. The moment she put her hands on the camera she says she fell in love with photography.
Kempf said that she started getting interested in photography, as she says she, “would always take photos of [her] brother racing [in go-karts] and [she] loved it, it was so much fun.”
Later on, she said that she had started taking pictures of her friends and they would do “mini photoshoots and [she] will go back to [her] Mac and edit the photos and it is always a great time.”
