Although the year has just begun Class of 2019 has been so anxious and excited for graduation, but also worried about college applications being right around the corner. Seniors have been waiting for this day since their first day of Freshman year.
Senior year has already been hectic for many students with schedule changes, AP classes, extra-curricular activites, and even being on time. Seniors recently had their Senior Meeting discussing tardies, absences and senior night. Something that could have been spoken about was the deadline for college applications. If anybody does have questions about college, their transcript, senior attendance or to check up on their classes you can go to the office and ask your counselor or attendance. The counselors no longer see students based on grade, it is now by last name.

While college applications are being sent off, students and loved ones wait at home anxiously. Everyone is hoping to get into their 1st pick. Many students like to stay close to home and start their journey off here at our community college, College Of The Sequoia, and Fresno State. Other rangers can’t wait to leave home and are ready to pack their bags up and leave home.
College comes with so many responsibilites after you leave home especially for people who go up North or down South. The anxiety that students must feel is crazy! Everyone needs to get a job (if they don’t already have one), save up money, mentally and physically prepare themselves for the most craziest and exciting ride of their life.
Now we’re all just waiting for Graduation day to come.
