Before formal on December 7th, the weather app showed that it was expected to rain on Saturday but no one really thought it was going to rain because the weather wasn’t too bad the week of formal. Many people were pretty disappointed about the rain that day because no one wants it to be raining when they’re trying to take pictures, luckily it wasn’t pouring while people were taking their pictures. Many groups were able to take their pictures in the rain and were still able to come out with great pictures.
Larry Nelms 21’ had to say “I didn’t really think it was going to rain but it was still a super fun night.” Many people didn’t let the rain stop them from taking their pictures and still being able to come out with some amazing ones. Nelms “the rain could’ve made some good pictures but the sunny ones could’ve been nice as well.” Nelms didn’t let the rain stop his group from taking pictures to remember his fun formal night. “It wasn’t too bad we were worried a bit because of the weather but we were all still able to have a really fun night regardless of all the rain.”
But while some didn’t think the rain was all that bad to ruin their pictures there were still others who thought that the rain did ruin their pictures. Kristina Khounpaseuth 21′ had something different to say than what Nelms did, “Yes, the rain did ruin our pictures because we wanted to take them during a sunset to get the right lighting from the sun.” Khounpaseuth also had to say, “It was disappointing because I, like many others wouldn’t have wanted to get my hair or makeup to get messed up.”
