Buchanan says, “I love judging. I love Redwood, and it’s just so much fun to see all the hard work that the teachers and the students put into the door, so I hope I get to be a judge every year.”

Ferb, Redwood Campus Supervisor, says, “Make sure teachers that you guys, every year, decorate your door; it’s a great tradition. Second period [classes] gets involved, and it’s just an overall [boost of] morale of every high school.”

This was Ferb’s second year as a judge. He says, “I would love to do it year after year.”

Marty, Redwood Campus Supervisor, says, “Not all judges agreed on everything. We all had our different opinions, but we kind of just had a compromise.”

This was Marty’s first time being a judge for the Cowhide door contest. “It was cool,” he says, “I wouldn’t mind doing it again.”

“It was fun to see all the different designs… [and] creativity that was involved, and I really enjoyed the experience,” says Marty.
