Ranger students give their opinions on who they think is going to win the Super Bowl.

It is that time of year ladies and gentlemen, the time when chicken wings get devoured, televisions get mauled by sore losers, and two of the best teams in the NFL face head to head in one of the most prestigious events in sports, the Super Bowl. One team will be in glory and bring their fanbase a franchise to be proud of, while one team will go to Cancun for the wrong reasons. Which team do the students of Redwood think is going to win it all?
Dominyk Sanchez, ’28, shared his opinion: “I’m honestly going to say the [Washington] Commanders because that is my team. I think their offensive line would win them the Super Bowl.”
Zander Jensen, ’27, shared his thoughts on who he think is going to win.
“The [Detroit] Lions, because the [Kansas City] Chiefs are terrible. I think the Lions are going to win because of their running game.”
Allesandro Barrios, ’28, shared his thoughts on who he has to win it.
“I think it is going to be the [Detroit] Lions. They have a pretty good offense, they’re really shifty in situations, and they have a pretty good defense going.”
Matthew Hulse, ’27, shared his opinion on who he thinks is going to win the big game.
“I would say the Baltimore Ravens are going to win the Super Bowl because I am a Ravens fan, and Lamar Jackson is the best quarterback I have seen so far. But he is tied up with Josh Allen so it would be a match up between the Ravens and the Lions.”
The divisional round of the playoffs start off Saturday when the Houstan Texans face the Kansas City Chiefs. Stay tuned through the playoffs to see who will take the Lombardi home!
