On Wednesday January 26th, join many students in the quad for the second Club Day of the year.

Hailey Aston, the ASB director at Redwood. Aston works with ASB to brainstorm ideas and fun events for students here on Redwood campus.

Aston, being in the ASB department, talks about why another club day is in the second semester.

She says that she thinks it is a great opportunity for students to join different clubs than last semester and learn something new.

Aston says this semester there are going to be many new clubs. With a second semester Club day happening and vendors to appear, students have the question of what vendors will be there. Some vendors include; Raising Canes, Panda Express, Jamba juice and many more delicious foods.

This past week pre-sold tickets were bought in the finance center. These tickets are to avoid crowds and long lines on club day, so students can pick up their food.

Students are looking forward to it!

Jackson Marquez ‘23 is the Interclub commission, and  leader for ASB talks about why club week this second semester and people to rejoin or join new clubs.

Marquez says, “Club week this semester is a refresher of all the clubs and for new clubs to publicize themselves.”

This club week we are expecting many new clubs, and can wait for students to join.  There’s gonna be fun activities on club day, for clubs to promote themselves.

The purpose of club day is for clubs to have the opportunity to show themselves and promote their clubs, spreading information about what they do within the club.

“Club 55 and The Creative Club are clubs that are getting a lot of attention.”
