Hi! This post is about how you can incorporate multimedia into your reporting. The interview below is from a follow up with a student whose home was toilet-papered last year. I conducted this interview with my phone.
I uploaded the interview to my Google Drive and then edited it with an editor that I added to Google Chrome from the Chrome Store. It is from redcoolmedia.
In order to get the audio into our WordPress, it needs to be in WAV format. An iPhone records in m4a format, so when you finish editing it in the audio editor, download it as a WAV file. Then add it to your story the same way you would add an image.
Make sure that you go into the media library and name the file so other users will know what it is and who it belongs to.
