The Fall Orchestra Concert comes with the beginning of our cold season. Bringing cheer and music with it. October 29, 2024, Redwood Orchestra performed their first concert. As well as debuted the String Quartets during Intermissions.
October 29, 2024, during the concert Mr. Yokota announced who had made it into the CODA State Honor Orchestra. A total of Fourteen students made it in. Three students made it into the CODA Honors Symphony Orchestra. Bianca Lumapas for Viola, Yong Lee and Zachary Tomooka for Cello.
For CODA Honors String Orchestra Eleven students had made it in. Julianne Arakaki, Gabriel Atienza, Emma Diaz, and Abigail Rodriguez for Violin. Sierra Carlson for Viola. Sophia Caballes, Zoey Lovgren, Katelynn May, and Samuel Noricumbo for Cello. Gavin Oblate, and Caleb Spink for Bass.
These Students will perform at the CODA State Honor Orchestra in Santa Monica, December 6th and 7th.
The next Orchestra Concert will be hosted at LJ Williams Theater, December 11, 7:00 pm.
Ceballos
Ceballos '25 is a student journalist at Redwood High School. Which they're now on their fourth year of working for the Redwood Gigantea. Where they continue to be a Photo Journalist for the Redwood Giganeta.
