Presidential Candidates

Kalee Borges, class of 2026, was the class secretary in middle school.

Borges says she is going to encourage her classmates to be involved by “reposting and trying to have not just [her], but [her] ASB class getting everybody involved.”

She says, “People should vote for me because I can make a difference…by planning a lot of things.”

Corona ’26

Hailey Corona, class of 2026, has Leadership [ASB] experience from her time in middle school. She says she feels “really nervous.”

Corona is running “to have a full high school experience” and to “put [herself] out there” along with being “able to encourage others.”

Hodge ’26

Sam Hodge, class of 2026, is also a former ASB student.

According to Hodge, he plans “on putting more recycling bins outside” because “the only week [he has] been here [he has not] seen any recycling bins.”

Regarding campaigning, he says “[I am] a little nervous because I have competition, but I feel pretty confident.”

Hodge says that people should vote for him because he “would definitely help [Redwood] campus [be] cleaner and help everyone out.”

MacDonald ’26

Jason MacDonald, class of 2026, served as class president at Ridgeview Middle School. He says being a candidate this year is “pretty cool” and “a privilege.”
