On Friday, October 5th at approximately 9 am, the 2018/19 Gigantea writing staff and their editors took some time out to sit for a picture in their new shirts.
The staff this year is comprised of 39 students. There are 25 Journalism 1 students and 14 Journalism 2 students. The class meets first period everyday in room 207. Their advisor, Mr Miller, says “they’re rad!”
The Redwood Gigantea is Visalia’s oldest student run news gathering and distribution organization. It has been in continuous publication since the fall of 1954.
