Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness released in theaters on May 6, 2022. Many were looking forward to the movie , especially after seeing the trailer after Spiderman: No way home.
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness in summary is about how Dr Stephen Strange performes a forbidden spell that causes a portal into the multiverse, which causes a threat that may be too big even for his team to deal with.
As for what the students of Redwood think about the Marvel movie. Dolan Morris ‘23’ says “I thought it was alright.”
Briana Romo ‘25’ says “ I thought the movie was pretty good, I really enjoyed the plot and the story.”
When asked what was the most interesting twist, Romo said “The most shocking twist was when the other Doctor Strange turned into one of the bad guys.”
Morris added “ I don’t really know which part surprised me the most, there was a lot of twist.”
As if they would change anything about the movie Morris added once again. “ More character development for Dr. Strange cause he was just pretty much the same the entire time.”
For many the joy of watching a movie is seeing favorite characters on the screen. Romo says her favorite character is “ Favorite character Dr.Strange for his sarcasm, and least favorite, I can’t think of one. I feel like every character has their own past causing their current actions.”
As for Morris he said “ My favorite character was Wanda and I also didn’t like one of the Dr. Stranges”.
Morris says “I thought it would be more intense, but it didn’t really go that far.” Morris says.
“I think Marvel did live up to the expectations because just like every other movie it adds on to the huge story line created by all the past movies and shows”.
