Chloe Seals, ’25, has been a member of ASB for two years. Serving in the 2022-23 school year as the Sophomore Class Vice President and this school year as ASB Treasurer, Seals is currently running for ASB Secretary with no competitors.
The main task of the ASB Secretary is to take and record the minutes of ASB’s weekly business meetings.
Seals says, “Serving as Treasurer this year, I worked closely with the Secretary during our business meetings in ASB. I got to see the responsibilities of the Secretary in depth and was intrigued to take on the role.”
However, serving on the Executive Board comes with more responsibilities, such as helping maintain class order and advocating for student voices.
Seals’s goal in becoming ASB Secretary is to help students’ voices be heard. “I am extremely dedicated to serving the students at Redwood. It is my hope that with an Executive Board position I will be able to implement student ideas and enhance the school culture at Redwood,” she says.
Seals says that her “strong organization skills, diligence, and dedication to serving my fellow students make [her] an ideal candidate for the position.”
