VISALIA CA― In the early morning of Wednesday, March 1, 2023, a wind storm hit Visalia, California.
Residents are experiencing power outages, traffic delays, and property damage.
Redwood families can expect significant delays in transporting their children to and from school.
A large tree on Giddings Street fell across the road onto a house. The street is closed until further notice.
Several traffic lights are out as well.
