Moses Burk ´24 is a new rising star for the Redwood Rangers and has big things coming to him this season.
Burk has been playing football since a young age and competing is just natural for the 2nd year wide out.
Burk’s brothers have been a big part in sculpting who he is today, always taking him to practices and sacrificing their time to help him get better.
Burk says “I remember going out to the park with them and working out trying to get better”.
Burk has been training all summer preparing for this upcoming season whether it’s working out in the gym or on the field working on his craft.
“I was at the park a lot with my teammates throwing the ball around just trying to get better.”

A knee injury has sidelined Burk for a couple of pre-season games which makes him more eager to get back on the field and compete with his boys.
Burk says “I feel better this year…Alex (another teammate) got me right and I continued to get a lot faster and stronger.”
As a sophomore last year Burk’s averaged 10.8 yards per catch and had a critical role.
Burk says “I’m just trying to get the ball in my hands as much as I can because I’m gonna make plays, I’m not trying to go for any records or anything but if it happens it happens.”
