Varsity Girls Soccer Head Coach Jason Vieria, also gave his part on how he thought the soccer season went. Coach Vieira says, “Overall, I felt we had a very positive season. We fell short of making it to the Section championship game, but I’ve very proud of the way this team played all year.”

Coach Vieira also commented on his highlight of the season, saying, “the game against Buchanan was a highlight for me. We were out Lexi Rico already, who was a key player for us, and we got a red card in the second half, so we had to play short handed. I’m so proud of the way the girls played that game They showed so much heart and grit.”

Coach Vieira highlighted on the aspect of the team growing closer together, “I do [think the team came closer together]. This team was such a close knit group of kids. I feel very lucky that I was able to be the coach of this team. It was a special season.”
