Redwood Varsity football starts off the 2022 season with an 0-2 losing streak.
With the homecoming game coming up, the rangers hope the home crowd can help change up the intensity of the game.
Moses Burk ’24 says, “We’re gonna bounce back better, we just mess up on little things.”
The last game against Clovis North was a close hard fight, “We only lost by a touchdown.” Burk says.
The Rangers have been having problems with consistency leading to 2 straight losses. With both games starting off rocky but ending off great, the team still hasn’t had enough to pull through with a win.
The homecoming game is a great opportunity for the team to bounce back with a home team advantage.
AJ Garza ’24 says that this game can, “Build back up our confidence. We can just rebuild it.”
