March 17th through the 21st was Redwood’s annual Mr. and Mrs. Ranger week. On Friday, March 21st, the winners were announced during the rally that was held in the gym.
There were five categories. Mr. and Mrs. Funny, Mr. and Mrs. Charming, Mr. and Mrs. Smart, Mr. and Mrs. Kind, and Mr. and Mrs. Ranger.
Chloe Seals, ’25, who was nominated by AVID, won Mrs. Ranger. “Winning Mrs. Ranger was such an incredible honor. This past week leading up to Mr. and Mrs. Ranger has been one of the most exciting and memorable weeks I have ever experienced at Redwood,” says Seals.
Alya Morgan, ’25, was nominated by the Athletes Give Back Club, and was crowned Mrs. Smart.

Morgan says, “It felt really good. It was really fun. It was such a fun week, and I think the best part about Mr. and Mrs. Ranger week is that everyone wins something. It was just really an honor to find out what I was going to get. It was a good feeling.”
Noelle Keck, ’25, was nominated by FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes), another Redwood club, and was pronounced Mrs. Kind.
“It felt so great. And just participating in all of the Lunch actives with all of the nominees was a big honor, and I’m just happy to be a part of this past week,” says Keck.
Reese Huerta, ’25, was crowned Mrs. Charming, along with Alexis Rico, ’25, who won Mrs. Funny.
During the week, the top ten nominees had to participate in fun lunchtime activities and dress-up days. In the end, during the rally on Friday, they finally got to find out who won what.
Morgan says, “My favorite part of the whole week was probably the rally. Honestly, just growing with the nominees this entire week and being together was a lot of fun.”
Keck says, “I think my favorite part of the week was the LAs [Lunch Activities]. They were just really fun and super engaging with everyone. It was fun to play with all of the nominees and to just have a lot of fun and excitement before I graduate. I loved it.”
“My favorite part of the week was spending time with the other nominees. It was such a great group of students, and everyone went all out. The energy was so much fun, and it was amazing to see so many people come together to celebrate what makes Redwood special. The rally was also incredible and definitely my favorite rally I have ever been a part of,” says Seals.

As the 2025 Mr. and Mrs. Ranger week comes to an end, nominees are feeling very proud and honored to have done this for their school.
Redwood’s 2025 Mrs. Ranger, Seals, says, “I am beyond honored to be this year’s Mrs. Ranger. More than anything, I hope to be remembered for the impact I have made on Redwood’s campus and to leave behind a strong foundation for future Rangers to thrive. I hope that [my] dedication to Redwood and commitment to excellence is able to inspire others to take pride in this incredible community. For the past four years, Redwood has been my second home. I am so grateful for everything this school has given me.”
