“I am looking forward to playing with the guys one last time at home and in front of my family.”
Erik Rico, ’25, said, “My favorite memory was being able to support the guys with pregame high-fives and pumping the guys up.”

Reflecting back on his senior season, E. Rico said, “The season for me has had ups and downs, I’d say, and a little bit unexpected. But I am glad it went this way, and I’m glad I got to get closer to the guys and be a leader on the team.”
Luke Pierro, ’25, said, “It’s a little depressing, but I mean cool at the same time because I’m ready to move onto the next chapter.”
CJ Ramos, ’25, shares the ups and downs of the season, “We started off kinda rocky, but as we started to get going, the season became smooth.”
Being Ramos’s last high school season, he reminisces, “I think about it every day, and to me it’s sad, but good things come to an end.”
E. Rico, “Excited for the Final home game, type of feel, and the energy that it brings.”
Despite the bittersweet game coming up, Ramos has his mind prepped for something else. Ramos said, “It’s a big thing for us, but I am really looking forward to the playoffs.”
After high school, the boys have plans on continuing their education, and for some, their baseball careers.
Ramos said, “I plan on attending COS and playing baseball.”
Also, while staying local, Pierro plans to “Go to COS and Major in Psychology.”
E. Rico, “I’m planning on attending Fresno State to play baseball.”
As their high school careers come to an end, the boys have many emotions with the ending and beginning of new chapters.
E. Rico, “I’ll miss playing with my friends and all the coaches.”
Ramos said, “I wish I could get one more year with this team.”
