On Saturday January 22nd, Redwoods Jazz Band makes their first appearance this year. The Redwood Jazz Band was asked to preform at the Rotary Club of Visalia. After nearly two years of being gone because of Covid, having no performances in or out of school this is their first public appearance.

DeJa Skye to be the Valley’s First Drag Queen to Compete on RuPaul’s Drag Race
On December 2nd, the cast of RuPaul’s Drag Race season 14 was announced. Among the 14 contestants is Deja Skye, a drag queen from Fresno, California, and the first contestant from the Central Valley to appear on the show.
