She explains,“ We’ve been practicing and perfecting over the summer and really making sure our routine and sidelines look good.” Skoglund continues, “ I think our team did really well in terms of energetic throughout the rally, in our sidelines, and in our routine.” Skoglund finishes,” We learned lots of new cheers and sidelines at camp that we will definitely incorporate into the football games and rallies this year.”
Mia Trevino, ’25, says, “ We’ve been practicing all summer, Monday-Friday, to prepare for this season. We learned the routine we performed at the rally at cheer camp back in June.” Like many other sports, teamwork is key, and cheer is no exception. Trevino says, “I think as a team, our stunts were really solid and clean at the rally overall.”
Skylar Crisauto, ’26, says, “ The rally was super fun, it was amazing to be able to be performing again and being able to welcome students in through cheering.”
Hailey Kazarian, ’25, is entering her last season on RHS cheer.
