Students Against Human Trafficking Club will host an all-day event consisting of safety training, a car wash, and a movie screening.
On Saturday, November 5th, 2022, the Students Against Human Trafficking Club will host an all-day event/fundraiser.
The all-day event will start at 10:00 am at Redwood High school in the cafeteria. There will be safety training given to students by Operation Underground Railroads Education Manager Tyson Wright.
The event is free and is open to students, teachers, friends, and families.
The car wash fundraiser for the Students Against Trafficking club will be held on the same day in the student parking lot from 1:00-4:00 pm.
To purchase a ticket for the car wash, attendees must email Izek at izek.ne5358@vusd.us. The tickets will be $10.
There will also be a screening event for students to watch, “It’s Happening Here,” later at 7:00 pm, as well as dinner/food trucks in front of LJ Williams Theater from 5:00-7:00 pm. Tickets will be $5 to attend.
