UPDATE: The Ranger Summit has been moved to Saturday, December 13th, due to the weather.
Redwood’s Ranger Summit: Season of Giving returns Saturday, November 15th, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Ranger Hall Courtyard.
The event brings students, staff, and community members together for a morning centered on service and support. Highlights include a free clothing closet, a canned-food pantry, a Student Maker’s Market, and a lineup of community resource booths. Families can also attend short learning sessions, and everyone is invited to enjoy a light breakfast and lunch.
Students are encouraged to get involved. Donations of sealed, non-perishable food and new or gently used clothing can be dropped off at the RHS Main Office (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m.) or brought to event check-in. Volunteers can earn service hours and even recoup tardies per school guidelines, while student creators can host a booth to showcase and sell their work.
Event organizers Ms. Vaca and Mrs. Barba-Tepper invite all Rangers to “show spirit, give back, and celebrate community.”
