Key updates about the upcoming event and the checklist to get prepared.
Redwood High School, Visalia, CA- The annual “Ranger Round Up” at Redwood High School, home of the Rangers, will be held for sophomores, juniors, and seniors on Thursday, August 3, 2023.
The event will be held at the Redwood Gym, with students expected to report at the gym’s entrance on Giddings Ave.
To ensure the process runs smoothly, students are asked to complete all necessary documents prior to the Round-Up and have them ready for submission at the event.

The Round-Up will follow a specific schedule according to grade levels:
- Seniors (Grade 12): 8:00 – 10:00am. For updates, text @20ranger24 to 81010.
- Juniors (Grade 11) and Sophomores (Grade 10) with Last Names A-M: 10:00 – 12:00pm. Juniors text @20ranger25 to 81010 and Sophomores text @20ranger26 to 81010 for updates.
- Sophomores (Grade 10) with Last Names N-Z: 9:30 – 11:00am. Text @20ranger27 to 81010 for updates.
The Round-Up checklist for students includes several important tasks:
- Bring the completed Emergency Card to the Round Up. You can submit it online or print a hard copy from the website. For online submissions, instructions will be provided in a letter from the VUSD District Office. The Online Emergency Card Submission portal is available here.
- Complete the Student Residency Questionnaire. It can be filled out online here or you can bring a completed hard copy.
- Bring the completed Student Accident Insurance Form.
- At the Round-Up, you will pick up your class schedule and textbooks.
- Additionally, students can purchase items at the Finance Center. Accepted payment methods are cash, check, and credit card. Items available for purchase include PE clothes ($30), an ASB Sticker ($30), and the yearbook ($85).
If students have any questions or concerns regarding their class schedules, they should check Schoology and their student emails for instructions. The school staff will be on hand at the Round-Up to address any further concerns or queries.
