Students shared their pre-prom plans, mainly involving getting ready with friends, enjoying meals, and taking pictures. Along with that each student has a unique prom outfit that reflects their personal style.

Students are excited about prom, planning to take group pictures, enjoy a nice meal, and have fun getting ready with friends along with putting on their outfits for the night.
When asked what Jennifer Gagnon, ‘25, on what she is going to do before prom, said, “Me and my friends are going to tan, and then we are going to get ready together after.”
Gagnon also said, “We’re going to take pictures and eat dinner at a friend’s house.”

Haleigh Sasin, ‘26, was asked what her plans are for before prom, and she said, “I honestly have no plan yet, but I think my mom’s off that day. So I’m going to get ready at home, and then I think we’re all going to go out to dinner, take pictures, and walk from downtown to the dance.”
Sasin was asked what her prom outfit would be, and she said, “I have a baby pink long dress and it’s open back, halter top.”
Jasmin Tapia, ‘26, was asked what she is doing before prom, and she said, “I’m going to get ready with all my friends. We are going to my friend Ash’s house, and we’re just going to go to eat actually before. Then we are going to get ready together and go together.”
“My dress is actually silver, it’s a halter top,” said Tapia, when asked what her outfit is going to be for prom.
Halter tops are popular in many prom dresses. They typically have a strap that goes behind the neck, rather than on either side. Additionally, halter tops are sleeveless.

When Flyn Olson, ‘25, was asked what she is going to do before prom, she said, “I will probably get ready with friends, we have plans to go get bouquets and stuff in the morning, and we will probably do our hair and makeup and then get dressed and then head out.”
“We are all going to one of our friends’ houses and we’re going to go have dinner together and take pictures, before we go to the actual dance,” said Olson.
When asked what the vibe is for her prom outfit, Olson said, “I’m wearing it kind of like a thinner dress, but it’s long and light blue, and it’s like strapless.”
When Sienna Trujillo, ‘25, was asked what her plans are for before prom, she said, “I’m actually going to be getting ready with my friends. We’re going to have brunch in the morning, and then we’re all going to get ready together, do each other’s hair and makeup.”
“We all are doing kind of princessy dresses, very flowy and dazzling,” said Trujillo, about what she is wearing to the prom.

Tommy’s and Chili’s seemed to be popular dinner spots before prom, according to several students who were heard from.
Miley Viveros, ‘26, was asked what her plans are before prom, and she said, “I like to get ready with my friends and like listening to music, and do each other’s makeup and ask if it looks good or not. And basically help each other out.”
When asked what the vibe is for the outfit, Viveros said, “ Glittery barbie pink.”
“We’re going to eat first at a restaurant, at Rosa’s, and then we are going to take pictures with my friends, and then go to prom,” said Viveros.
