Redwood High School opened its doors to the newest class of Rangers, the freshmen of the 2023-2024 school year, on August 4th, 2023 for Link Crew Freshman orientation.
Organized in the newly remodeled Redwood High School Gym, this unique event was coordinated under the leadership of the new Link Crew Advisor Aletha Jimenez, who spearheaded a program packed with informative tours, engaging icebreaker activities, schedule distribution, and culture building exercises.
The Link Crew, a group dedicated to helping newcomers navigate the high school experience, were the stars of the day, leading tours and events alongside members of the Associated Student Body (ASB) and the Cheer Team. These student leaders showcased the friendly and helpful spirit that Redwood High School is known for.
