I want to introduce you to my country and culture. I am an African, a Nigerian piercingly, so Nigerian pop music trained artists such as David O, Tiwa Savage P Square, Dbanj, etc. These are Nigerian artists that will make you want to dance and sing 24 hours straight.
Nigerian has lots of different tribes such as, Yoruba, Hausa, Ibo, I Jaw, and Benin. They are also many different religions such as, Muslim, Christianity, and traditional worshipers. Some of these musicians are from cultures they put in their style, culture swag, and we also all have a coded language [pidgin English] it sounds so good when they use it to sing.
“Wiz-kid”, one of the artists, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun is a Nigerian musician and famous singer all around the world. He made the first step to the music industry when he was 11 and released an album in collaboration with the Glorious Five which became his five friends a long time ago. Wiz-kid was born July 16th, 1990. The Glorious Five signed a record deal with empire mates entertainment in 2009. He released a song called “Holla” from his debut studio superstar [2011] Wiz-kid became the first Nigerian musician to have over 1 million followers on Twitter.
