Our Bio Paragraph
Our responsibilities lie as the editors for the Clubs and Lifestyles section, the Humans of Redwood subsection, and the Runnin' Redwood podcast. We supervise and coach eight staff members who write for both the Clubs & Lifestyles and Humans of Redwood sections. When preparing for an article, writers face challenges such as locating students and faculty members, as well as compiling questions for the interview. As editors, we encourage and assist writers when they face these difficulties to efficiently complete their story assignments.

Reflection
- One of the various goals we aspire to set for the upcoming semester is to construct multiple stories focusing on inspiring redwood individuals. So often we find ourselves focusing on the names of students who tend to get a lot of attention, however we would like to find the students who deserve their chance in the spotlight and give insight on their unique stories.
- With this, a second goal we would like to place for our writers including us editors is to factor in the use of multi media features. While we always look for ways to implement these features into different stories, it would be great to work in a multimedia piece each week. This could be accomplished by holding weekly Monday meetings within the group as we brainstorm and derive a story that would be served best as a video, photo gallery, etc;
- As we begin this second semester, it would be beneficial for the clubs and lifestyles section to partner with the social media section, to see where we could work together as we continue to make our multi media pieces bigger and better than before. We could make 60 second tik toks about various clubs and lifestyles around campus to bring forth attention to the c&l section of the gigantea.
- As we serve to be the face of the c&l section, an important and crucial goal for our group would definitely be to really put into action the words "deep dive". This may be done as we focus on building further developed and intricate stories.
- One last goal would be to reflect on the end of each week, and have one on one conversations to go over strengths most importantly and room for growth as we build stronger as individual writers as well as a team.
