Calling all runners. Golden West Band and Orchestra is about to hold their sixth annual “Visalia River Run” 5k and 10k. It will be on Saturday May 9th. Now I know that that is very far away, but it is never too soon to sign up!
You should sign up and start your training now! Running is a way to stay healthy and active, and running in this race helps support a local band and orchestra. By running in this race you can be helping yourself and the bettering the performing arts program at one of the high schools in our town.

You can also fill out the attached paper registration and turn it in to the front office of Golden West High School. And guess what! This year they added the ability to sign up in teams through https://runsignup.com/Race/CA/Visalia/VisaliaRiverRun. You should make a team and come out and show school spirit. The teams could be staff, school clubs, sports or any other various groups at your school!
